The jlhot Platform is strictly intended for users aged 21 years and above, in accordance with PAGCOR's online gaming age requirements. jlhot does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by an underage individual, we will delete that data and close the associated account immediately. Parents and guardians who believe their child has registered on jlhot should contact our support team without delay.

11. Security Measures

jlhot implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:
