3.3 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your jlhot Account, including any activity by persons you have allowed to access your device.
3.4 jlhot performs identity verification (KYC) in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. You agree to promptly submit any documents requested during this process. Failure to complete KYC may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or game access.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlhot login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. jlhot will never request your password via SMS, email, or live chat.
4.2 You must notify jlhot's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected breach of security.
4.3 jlhot implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and applies session timeout policies to protect inactive accounts. These measures do not diminish your own responsibility to safeguard your login information.
5.1 All monetary transactions on the jlhot Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in your jlhot wallet dashboard at the time of the transaction.
5.3 Deposits are generally credited to your jlhot Account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. jlhot is not liable for delays caused by your bank, GCash, or PayMaya.
5.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform. Most GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are completed within thirty (30) minutes, subject to identity verification status and daily processing volumes.
5.5 jlhot will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. We reserve the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.6 In compliance with Philippine AML laws, jlhot may report transactions of suspicious nature or amounts exceeding statutory thresholds to the relevant Philippine authorities.
6.1 jlhot may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and referral incentives. The specific terms of each Bonus — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry — are set out in the individual promotion pages.
6.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, or the Bonus and associated winnings will expire.
6.3 jlhot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via the Platform or by email to their registered address.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, multi-accounting, chip-dumping, exploiting technical errors, or using Bonus funds in a systematic low-risk hedging strategy — will result in cancellation of the Bonus and, at jlhot's discretion, account suspension.
7.1 All games available on the jlhot Platform are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.
7.2 RNG-based games (slots, virtual sports, table games) are certified by independent testing laboratories. Results are generated by a certified Random Number Generator and are final once a game round has been completed and confirmed on the server.
7.3 Live dealer games are operated from regulated studios. In the event of a technical failure during a live game round, the round may be declared void, and stakes will be returned. jlhot is not liable for any perceived loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a voided round.
7.4 Any malfunction or error in a game, whether caused by software, hardware, or a third-party provider, voids all affected game rounds. jlhot will return the stakes placed on voided rounds but is not liable for any other compensation.

9.1 All content on the jlhot Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design — is the property of jlhot or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jlhot content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlhot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, data loss, or service interruption.
10.2 jlhot's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits jlhot's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 jlhot may suspend or close your Account with or without notice if:

14.2 Your continued use of the jlhot Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jlhot's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, and thereafter to the appropriate Philippine courts.
